Silph Scope 2

Project information

Animation project exploring commercial ad-style editing, motion, and pacing. Centered around a fictional Pokémon universe gadget: the Silph Scope 2.

This is a fully CGI scene, crafted from scratch as a fan-made short film concept.

The project features a custom-designed 3D model of the Silph Scope 2, built and animated in Blender. Materials were developed using a mix of Substance Painter and Blender’s shader system. Lighting, camera work, and rendering were done in Cycles, with final compositing and post-production in After Effects to emulate a high-end product commercial.

This is a purely fan-made project — it is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.
